By accessing and using Shapour's exhibition management platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on Shapour's platform for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on Shapour's platform

• Booth reservations require full payment and adherence to exhibition guidelines

5. Exhibitor Responsibilities

7. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time.

10. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Shapour or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Shapour's platform, even if Shapour or a Shapour authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
